Spanning 4 floors and 10,000 ft², this project by architects Nilay and Sara Shah, founders of Magic Houz studio, is a statement of refined minimalism and understated luxury. Here innovation is tangible, and the tactile and visual exploration of materials is the heart of the journey.
From concept to experience: a hub to touch and explore design
“We wanted our clients to see, touch, and truly experience every material,” shares Sara Shah. From that vision came a four-level design hub that allows clients to make confident decisions by immersing themselves in full-scale, realistic settings. Five fully functioning bathroom vignettes and a meticulously curated material library encourage visitors to move beyond imagination and step directly into new design ideas.
Unlike traditional retail, Magic Houz transforms each visit into a collaborative editorial moment.
Clients become co-authors of their own interiors, bathrooms, bedrooms and also kitchens and living rooms bringing ideas vividly to life.
The result is a shift from passive viewing to active creation, a hands-on narrative of design discovery.
The experience center also serves as the creative headquarters of Magic House Studio, an interdisciplinary practice known for architecture, interiors, and bespoke furniture design. The guiding principle is clear: a minimal, timeless environment that speaks softly yet leaves a lasting impression, free from decorative excess and rich with global design sensibility.

For the experience center, the team composed a material palette that feels as curated as a fashion spread:
- Endless Bianco: a luminous blank canvas for bold ideas, featuring a large-format slab for expansive, uninterrupted surfaces.
