A soft watercourse, catching the eye for its depth and natural design, and recalling the pattern of the wind on the desert dunes.
Pannonia is a Limestone located in the mountains between Italy and Austria with an intense dark background, with shades that can vary from dark grey, to beige, to blue, to carbon black. On this basis, white or grey veins, of very variable dimensions, intertwine with each other creating an irregular pattern.
With our reinterpretation, we chose a beige background that seems to flow along the slabs. Furthermore, we resolved abrupt changes of veins direction and eliminated those intrusive and naughty details, and we integrated white streaks, with darker, sinuous and slender veins, to fit them harmoniously with the stone’s graininess.
These design elements give the project a unique fluid dynamism that transport gently the gaze.
