Let’s shed
light on light.

Problem Statement

Have you ever experienced the situation in which, while trying on a dress in your house or in a shop, the colors appear differently under artificial lights compared to natural lights? Similarly, have you noticed how colors of objects, including our sintered ceramic tile, can vary significantly when viewed on a desktop screen, tablet, or phone compared to under natural light?

Context

In the context of Milano Design Week 2023, theme Laboratory of the future, we have investigated and researched how light can extensively impact our ordinary life in our home, wellbeing and color perception of any object including our sintered ceramic surfaces. During the event, we have shared with you and learnt from your valuable insights how light, as apparent simple phenomenon to everyone, can deeply impact and alter colors that we see with natural sun light and be harmful for mood and circadian rhythms.

Let’s together then shed light on light and discover more on our breakthrough on lights by scrolling down.
